Users

CROAsia.net is provided to individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, please do not use the service. Users of CROAsia.net are entitled (to certain extent) to add company profile, to job positions or news and events. While performing such tasks on CROAsia.net, you agree to refrain from the following actions:

CROAsia is not responsible for the possible consequence caused by your behavior during use of CROAsia.net. CROAsia may, in its sole discretion, refuse the service to anyone whose behavior is not in accordance with applicable laws.

Registration Obligation

If you register on CROAsia.net, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in the "Registration Form", and (b) maintain and promptly update your personal account information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. CROAsia reserves the right to terminate the service to you at any time or for any reason, with or without notice, if it concludes that you have provided false information in connection with your member account, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or are engaged in activities that may damage the rights of CROAsia or others. CROAsia shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account or any claims related to your termination. CROAsia reserves the right to monitor or remove any information or content posted on its website.

Indemnification
